Finance Assistant

Salary: £26,000 p/a (pro-rata)

Location: Rake (nr. Liss), Hampshire

Hours: 18.5 hours per week (On-site)

Contract: Part time

We are looking for a positive, methodical and well organised person. You need to be a good team player as well as being able to self-manage and work to deadlines. The role requires the ability to be both structured and flexible. You will be working in a beautiful rural setting on a country estate, therefore your own transport is essential.

White Eagle Lodge is a spiritual organisation and charity, with thousands of members across the world. It is guided by universal spiritual truths known as the White Eagle Teachings; comforting, supportive and peaceful. Activities include retreats, meditation, spiritual healing, yoga, volunteering, services of worship and much more. You do not need to be a member or familiar with the teachings, but respect and empathy are required for the spiritual aspects of the work and the values and ethos of the organisation.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    For this role, it is essential that you have good administrative skills and proficiency in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. You need to be adaptable and maintain a positive attitude. Being able to multitask with competing deadlines. Being disciplined and structured. Experience of a similar role in a small organisation is desirable.
