New hire! Charles joins the team

Charles, who you may have seen zipping across the fields on his sit-on mower, has now become a fully-fledged member of staff after interviewing successfully for the new Caretaker and Estate Maintenance role at New Lands.

A contractor up until now, Charles or 'Chaz' as he's more fondly known, has devoted huge energy, sensitivity and passion on the grounds at New Lands; often fixing or solving issues around the estate way before anyone else spots them!

Having spent most of his working life at New Lands as a contractor, and before that a tree surgeon, he knows the local land like the back of his motorbike, and is a perfect fit for managing and maintaining the grounds as it transitions to a new life under the watchful Star of the new Temple (opening later in the year).

Don't be shy, come and say hi. A friendly face with a warm smile. We're delighted Chaz has agreed to take on this important new role.
