Heart Meditation

Through a gentle, relaxed approach, discover a way to meditate which enables you to find your own connection to a place of stillness and harmony within.

As well as the meditation itself, the session will include information, discussion and the exploration of techniques. You will also be given suggestions for a practice at home. You do not need to have attended the previous sessions to join this activity. 

This is a drop-in activity. No booking required.
